Professional Profile:
Mr. Waters has been associated with the field of Education for 20 years. Mr. Waters received a B.S. in Political Science from Lincoln University in 1981 and received a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education (K-8) at Wilmington University in 2000. Mr. Waters taught Special Education for several years, and then became the Educational Diagnostician at The Central School, which is his current assignment.
Course Description:
This course is intended as an integrated course to address Pre-Algebra and Algebraic skills. Prior to taking this course, students should understand the fundamentals of arithmetic, the order of operations, and how to solve basic algebraic equations.
